Step 2 – Head to our Competitions Page and select the Competition you’d like to Enter

Step 3 – Select the number of Entries you’d like to buy into the Competition

Step 4 – Head to the Checkout, follow the form to complete your personal details and pay for your entries.

Once you have paid you are in the draw and you will receive an email with confirmation of your entry numbers.

We will also be in touch with you, if you’ve won, as soon as possible after the Live Draw using the telephone number and/or email address provided by you in your account details – it’s important that you keep these up to date.

If we cannot reach you within 30 days of the Draw Date, we reserve the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date and you will lose your right to claim the prize.

The closing date of each competition is stated on the website and competitions will run until the closing dates, or may be drawn earlier if the competition sells out.

If we have to change a closing date for any reason, we will update the website accordingly. We will only change the closing date in extreme circumstances for reasons out with our control.

Our competitions are open to residents of the UK aged 18 years and older.

We do not accept entries from anyone outside of the UK as the laws for running competitions vary.

These competitions are organised to comply with the laws of Scotland, England and Wales.

Each Competition has an end date listed from when it is launched and the date and time of our weekly live draw/s is stated on the website home page.

A random number generator will be used to choose the winner and this is done live on our Facebook page.

There will always be a winner as our draws are guaranteed regardless of ticket sales.

Instant Win Competitions have predetermined prizes and numbers allocated to them at the time the competition launches. If you buy a ticket into a competition with instant wins, and 1 or more of your numbers match the list of predetermined numbers, you will win the prize/s allocated to it/them.

You will receive an email telling you of any instant win/s won and your name will also be added automatically, in real time, to the instant win table in the competition you entered.

All entry numbers for our competitions are randomly generated and we have no control over ticket numbers that are allocated to any of our customers – it’s the luck of the draw!

Some of our instant win competitions also have an end ‘Star Prize’, where every entry purchased in to the instant win competition, will be entered to win the star prize too and this is drawn Live on Facebook just the same as our other competitions.

We send out emails, text messages and app notifications to all of our customers who register with us as part of our service. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the links in the communications.

We need to use your data to administer the competition and award prizes. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

We do not share your data with any third parties unless this is necessary for administering the competition.

If you are a winner, we may need to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that we have administered the competition and awarded the prizes fairly.

You have the right to opt out from us using your data at any time, however, if you do ask us to remove your details from our database prior to the closing date of any competitions you have entered you will be withdrawing from the competition. You will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fees you have paid.

There is a free entry route for all of our competitions.

All entrants must live in the UK, be over 18 years of age and agree to our terms and conditions.
